Mr. Amal Dhru is a Chartered Accountant and also an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, a rare combination. He has been a visiting faculty in the area of Financial Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and many other institutions since 1978. He was nominated as Public Representative of SEBI for issue allotment and was an Independent Director of State Bank of Saurashtra besides holding many prestigious positions in professional capacity.

Accountancy
